Die Wohnfläche des Hauses beträgt 200 m², das Grundstück inkl. Olivenbäume ca. 5000 m². Das Haus ist an das Stromnetz, das Wassernetz angeschlossen und hat auch einen Brunnen. Heizung mittels der Kamin (es gibt keine Zentralheizung). Das Haus ist umgeben von Olivenhainen, nicht weit von der Zivilisation entfernt. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr freundlich: über eine schmale Straße durch einen Weiler weniger als 200 m vom Haus entfernt. Die schöne Aussicht vom Garten reicht bis zum Apennin. Etwa 40 km entfernt befinden sich die wunderschönen Strände der Adriaküste und der komfortable Flughafen von Falconara (Ancona). Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in den umliegenden malerischen Dörfern verfügbar
