Badesi Villas is a project that consists of various villas for sale in Badesi, in the North of Sardinia. There are three types of villas to suit every need: Prestige (€ 412.000), Superior (€ 205.000) and Smart (€ 222.000). The detached villas are accompanied by a beautiful private garden that surrounds the villa. The size of the garden varies depending on the type of villa chosen. The Smart and Superior villas include a garden up to 600 sqm, while the Prestige villas include a garden up to 700 sqm. The Prestige version also includes an in-ground swimming pool in the price.
