The Michelin villa in which the new apartments will be built is located on the western shore of Lake Maggiore, in a beautiful park of 48,000 m2, partly for exclusive use and partly shared with the other buildings on the site.
The renovation of the historic Michelin villa includes the division into ten new apartments, each with huge terraces or private gardens with breathtaking views.
Layout of the apartment: entrance hall, a large living room with open kitchen and dining area, 2 double bedrooms, one single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has large spacious rooms with lots of light, large high sliding windows from which you can reach both the garden and the terrace.
There are several apartments available in this residence, some with a small garden and/or large terrace.
The design was carried out to achieve the best quality standards in terms of energy consumption and comfort: high insulation of the opaque and window structures, photovoltaic energy, HRV, wifi and elevator are just the main features of this project.
The Villa Michelin property was built at the end of the 19th century by Pietro Frova, a member of an important inner family, hat manufacturers. Ernesto Vaccarossi bought the property in the early 1900s. He was the founder of the Italian branch of Michelin Tire Company - hence the current name.
Both a garage and parking space can be purchased.
There is a shared swimming pool in the residence.
