In Cocquio Trevisago in the small village of Caldana, we offer this farmhouse, dating from 1895, which was rehabilitated and renovated in the 90s. The house is located in a sunny hilly area of Lake Maggiore, with a unique taste and romantic charm.

The property is spread over three levels, plus the rustic cellar in the basement and the attic. The house consists of a large porch on the ground floor, which leads to the main house on two levels. It is reached via an internal stone staircase. There is a small bathroom halfway up the stairs.
