In Stresa on the first hill, in a panoramic position, this beautiful villa is currently used as a successful B&B. The structure of the villa comes from a rustic then renovated in 2020 with great attention.
The B&B has 5 luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom that is dedicated to the reception. The beautiful garden consists of many large terraces and has a size of no less than 4,000 square meters. There is also an approved project to build a swimming pool.
During the renovation, all modern systems have been used, photovoltaic panels have been installed, there is a heating-cooling system where the hot water is powered by the photovoltaic system. There is a column on site with charging points for electric cars. Two whirlpools have been placed in the garden.
On the ground floor / veranda is the dining room with kitchen, behind is a sitting area with a glass floor where you can see the underlying wine cellar. On the same floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a nice veranda. Upstairs there are 3 en-suite bedrooms and each of these bedrooms has a mezzanine.
There is room for 6 cars on the site.
From every part of the property you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore.
